Estimates
An estimate is based on visible damage and current parts and labor costs. Hidden damage is hard to judge, so we keep you informed of any adjustments.
Supplemental appraisal
If we find additional damage during repairs, a supplement adjusts the estimate; on insurance jobs, the insurer sends an adjuster to approve it.
L.K.Q. parts
“Like Kind and Quality” parts are recycled or made by another manufacturer; they don’t affect repair quality and can speed things up.
Timing
We can’t guarantee a delivery date — parts, insurance reviews and weather can cause delays — so stated dates are tentative.
Payment
Full payment is due before the vehicle leaves. Bring the endorsed insurance draft to us; amounts over $300 need a money order or cashier’s check. Major credit cards accepted.
Restocking fee
Cancelling after parts are ordered carries a 15% restocking fee.
